Company celebrated with a groundbreaking ceremony on Wednesday to commemorate the start of construction on a new 298-unit housing development in trendy East Nashville.
The project, Flats on Mark, will be 11 stories and offer flats and multi-level townhomes in a variety of floor plans. Amenities will include elevated nine-foot ceilings, hardwood style plank floors, upscale kitchens with stainless steel appliances, and quartz countertops.
The complex will also have a stage for live performances, state-of-the-art fitness center, Echelon fitness equipment for on-demand classes, locked bicycle storage and bicycle repair station, and controlled-access entry.
This project intends to achieve National Green Building Standard (NGBS) Multifamily Certification upon its completion. “We are committed to reducing our impact on the environment while increasing our positive impact on vibrant the East Nashville community,” says Victor Wells, Director of Construction and Renovation at Company.
