What is the application fee?
The application fee is $50 per adult applicant. Background checks will be conducted with application fee.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. The security deposit is $400, and is fully-refundable at the end of lease term, pending damage assessment.
Do you offer parking?
Heated underground parking is $100 a space and surface lot spaces are free. Quantity of parking spaces available per home is limited. Please contact Leasing for more details.
Is storage available?
Residential storage is $40 per month; approximately 4’5” x 6’0” – 7’6” x 2’9” in size. Sizes are approximate and range throughout the building. An Altair Advisor can provide exact dimensions of available spaces upon request.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, we do allow pets; 2 pets per residence. Residents must pay a non-refundable pet fee of $350 upon initial move-in. Pet rent for dogs is $50 per month and $35 per month for cats. There is a $25 annual Pet Screening fee which allows Altair to be more breed-inclusive. Certain breeds may require a Canine Behavior Assessment prior to move-in. There are no weight limits. Please contact Leasing for our detailed Pet Policy.

Along with common space wifi access, Altair provides discounted in-home 100 Mbps high-speed internet to residents for only $30/month.
Do you offer flexible lease terms?
Yes! We offer flexible lease terms ranging from 6 – 15 months. Pricing may vary based on lease term selected.
